For this lunchtime wrap, you will need to roast some washed and drained canned chickpeas in the oven. Cover them in oil and season with salt, pepper, cumin and paprika. Spread some greek yoghurt, add tomatoes, cucumbers and avocado. Add the roasted chickpeas and squeeze over some lime.
